At Warm Pixel, every order is made with care and prepared individually for each customer. Because many of our products are custom-made, production and delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

Processing Time

Most orders require approximately 3+ business days for production.

Final production timelines are discussed and confirmed after:

  • Design approval
  • Customization details
  • Order confirmation

Complex or highly customized projects may require additional time.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout or discussed before payment depending on the order type and size.

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Destination
  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday periods

Local Delivery (Brantford)

We offer free local delivery in Brantford on our scheduled delivery days.

If you need delivery at a specific time, we can also arrange delivery through Uber Courier at the customer's expense.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided whenever available. You'll receive updates once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.

Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing an order. Warm Pixel is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

We will review each case individually and work toward a fair solution.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Most Warm Pixel products are custom-made or personalized.

By approving a design, spelling, logo placement, dimensions, colors, or mockup, the customer accepts responsibility for the final approved version.

Please review all customization details carefully before confirming your order.

Production Time

Production timelines vary depending on:

  • Project complexity
  • Customization requirements
  • Current order volume

Payments

Payment may be required in full or partially before production begins, depending on the type of order.

Production will not begin until payment arrangements are confirmed.

Colors & Product Appearance

Actual colors and finishes may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Filament material characteristics
  • The 3D printing process itself

Minor variations, layer lines, and small surface differences are normal characteristics of handmade and 3D printed products and are not considered defects.

Final Sale Policy

Custom and personalized products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started on a custom order, cancellations, refunds, or major design changes may not be possible.

Customer-Provided Logos & Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any submitted:

  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Graphics
  • Names
  • Or artwork

Warm Pixel reserves the right to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal, or unauthorized copyrighted material.
